Merge two libraries in Rekordbox.
Rekordbox has no merge command, and Restore Library replaces the library already on the computer instead of combining the two, so the working method is to export the second library onto a USB drive and import its playlists under Devices on the main machine. The tracks and their track information land in your Collection alongside what is already there, and File then Display All Duplicated Files cleans up the overlap afterwards.

Merge two libraries in Rekordbox, step by step.
There is no single merge button, so you build the merge from an export on one machine and an import on the other. Here is how to merge rekordbox libraries without overwriting either one, ending with the duplicate cleanup.
Back up both libraries first
On each computer, choose Library from the File menu, then Backup Library. Click OK, and when rekordbox asks whether to back up your music files as well, choose Yes if you are moving between machines. The backup holds your Collection, playlists, and analysis data, and the music files land in a rekordbox_bak folder stored with it.
Get the audio onto the destination machine
Rekordbox stores the path to each file, not the file itself, so a playlist that arrives without its audio shows an exclamation mark next to every track. Copy the second library's music folders onto the computer that will hold the merged library, or onto an external drive that stays connected, before you import anything.
Export the second library to a USB drive
On the second computer, switch to EXPORT mode and connect a USB storage device. It appears under Devices in the Media Browser. Drag the playlists you want onto it: both the tracks and their track information are transferred, so cues and beatgrids ride along. Format the drive as FAT32 on Windows, or FAT32 or HFS+ on Mac, because rekordbox does not support NTFS or HFS.
Import those playlists into your main Collection
Connect the USB drive to the main computer. Under Devices in the tree view, right-click the playlist or folder you exported and select Import Playlist or Import Folder. The tracks are added to your Collection and the playlist appears under Playlists, sitting next to what was already there rather than replacing it.
Point rekordbox at the copied audio
Open Preferences, go to the Advanced category and the Database tab, and under Auto Relocate Search Folders tick Music. Click the User specified folders checkbox, click Add, and select the folder or drive you copied the music into. Then choose Display All Missing Files from the File menu and click Auto Relocate.
Merge the duplicates
Two libraries almost always overlap. Choose Display All Duplicated Files from the File menu to open the Duplicated File Manager, which lists tracks sharing a title and artist. Select the copies you do not want and delete them, or click Merge Duplicate Files, pick the keeper in the Select Representative File window, and consolidate them into a single file.
Or move the playlists across as an xml file
With no USB drive to hand, choose File then Export Collection in xml format on the second computer to write every playlist and its track information into one file. On the main computer, set Preferences, Advanced, Database, Imported Library to that xml, then double-click rekordbox xml in the tree view, open Playlists, and drag a playlist under Playlists.
The catch
Restore Library replaces the present data with the backup data, so you can never combine two collections by restoring one over the other. And whichever route you take, the import is a one-time copy: edit a playlist on the second computer afterwards and you have to export and import it all over again.
