1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vibes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Vibes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 2 devices simultaneously. The license is perpetual for the version purchased.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial period. No credit card is required. The trial allows full access to all features. After the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the software.

4. Payment and Refunds

Licenses are sold for a one-time fee. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We provide a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the software before purchasing. You may request a refund or exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@vibesdj.io with your license key and purchase email.

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes 1 year of free updates and email support. After this period, the software continues to work, but you won't receive new updates unless you purchase an upgrade.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share your license key with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use the software for illegal purposes
  • Exceed the device activation limit

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. License keys may be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
