Up to eight per track. Serato has eight cue slots and no memory cues, so a Rekordbox track using sixteen hot cues plus memory cues will lose the extras. Trim to your eight most useful cues per track before converting and nothing important disappears.
They land in comments at best. Serato has no My Tag system, so tools map tag text into the comment field where Serato can search it. If your organization depends on My Tags, plan your crate structure to encode the same information.
