Commission is calculated on the sale amount after tax and any discount, not the sticker price, so your actual payout can be lower than the headline percentage of the list price.

No. The system auto-detects when you cross a threshold and applies the higher rate to every future sale. Past sales keep the rate that applied when they happened. You will receive an email when you tier up.

Stripe Connect. After signup, you complete a 2-minute Stripe onboarding (bank, tax info, ID), then we transfer your monthly earnings directly to your bank account on the 1st of each month, once your balance crosses $50. Each payout on the 1st covers the previous calendar month's sales. Stripe handles tax forms automatically (W-9/W-8BEN for non-EU, EU VAT IDs for EU).

14 days after the sale, once the refund window closes. If a customer refunds during that window, the commission is automatically reversed. After 14 days, commissions move from pending to payable and are included in the next monthly payout.

Yes. You get both, and either attributes the sale to you. Your link (vibesdj.io/?ref=YOURCODE) applies the 10% discount automatically at checkout, so it fits written contexts like blog posts and video descriptions. Your coupon code gives the same 10% when typed, for spoken contexts like streams, podcasts, and on-camera mentions.

No. Sign up as an individual is fine. Stripe Connect handles your KYC and tax forms during onboarding. For EU residents, Stripe issues self-billing invoices (Gutschrift) compliant with §14 Abs. 2 UStG that you keep for your tax records.

Refunds within the 14-day window automatically reverse the commission. This applies to partial refunds too: any refund, full or partial, reverses the full commission for that sale, never a prorated part. After 14 days, the commission becomes payable and is paid out with the next monthly payout. In the rare case a chargeback is opened after a commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your future payouts. Your tier rate is locked at the time of each sale, so a refund never lowers what you already earned at that rate.

60-day cookie window. Anyone who clicks your link gets cookied for 60 days. If they convert anytime in that window, you get credited.

No problem. Vibes is sold globally, and the commission structure is the same regardless of where your audience is located.
