You may request a refund or exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@vibesdj.io with your purchase email and license key. We will refund eligible requests to the original payment method.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. We honor that right for consumer purchases made through this website.

We do not ask you to waive your withdrawal right at checkout. If we add an explicit digital-content waiver flow in the future, the checkout and confirmation email will state it clearly.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, we may still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate purchases made in error
Critical software bugs that prevent basic functionality and cannot be resolved
