Rekordbox has no Traktor importer. Its documented imports are files and folders, an iTunes or Music library, and the rekordbox xml Imported Library, which is exactly the door a library tool uses for this move.

Read your Traktor library with a library tool

Rekordbox cannot read Traktor data itself, so a library tool does the translation: point it at your Traktor collection and let it read playlists, cues, grids, and tags.

Generate a rekordbox xml

Export a rekordbox xml file from the tool. The format officially carries playlists with folder hierarchy, hot and memory cues, loops, beatgrids, ratings, colors, and comments. It does not carry My Tags or smart playlists.

Connect the xml in Rekordbox

In Rekordbox, open Preferences, go to Advanced, then Database, and set the rekordbox xml Imported Library to your file. Enable the xml tree in Preferences under View, then Layout, so it appears in the browser.

Pull it into your Collection and verify

Drag tracks and playlists from the rekordbox xml node into your Collection and Playlists, then spot-check cues, grids, and keys. Rekordbox holds up to sixteen hot cues and ten memory cues per track, so nothing from these sources should truncate.

Traktor's eight hotcues fit comfortably in Rekordbox's sixteen slots, but cue colors map onto Rekordbox's fixed palette, so expect close rather than identical colors, and Traktor's comment-field tagging lands in Rekordbox comments, not My Tags.

No. Nothing in Rekordbox reads Traktor's NML collection. A library tool reads Traktor and hands Rekordbox a rekordbox xml, which you connect in Preferences under Advanced, then Database, and pull into your Collection from the browser tree.
Yes. The xml format carries cues, loops, and beatgrids, and eight Traktor hotcues fit easily in Rekordbox's sixteen hot cue slots. Loops stored in Traktor's hotcue slots arrive as loops, so check a few tracks to confirm the mapping looks right.
In the comment fields. Traktor tagging usually lives in comments, and comments carry through the xml into Rekordbox. Rekordbox My Tags are a separate system the xml cannot fill, so rebuild My Tags from the comments once you are across.
