A Lexicon DJ to Rekordbox move is a one-way sync, not an import: nothing inside Rekordbox reads a Lexicon library, so every step happens on Lexicon's Sync page while Rekordbox is fully closed. Library conversion in Lexicon is free, and the Direct method writes playlists, cues, beatgrids, ratings and tags into the Rekordbox 6 or 7 database in a single pass. Rekordbox itself has no Lexicon importer, and AlphaTheta advises against third-party library tools, so back up your collection before the first sync.

Moving from Lexicon to Rekordbox, step by step.
Nothing in Rekordbox reads a Lexicon library, so the whole transfer is driven from Lexicon with Rekordbox closed. There are two routes: the Direct method, which writes the Rekordbox 6 or 7 database itself, and the rekordbox xml file, which is slower, carries less, and is the only option on Rekordbox 5.
Close Rekordbox and turn off Auto Analysis
Lexicon will not sync while Rekordbox is open, and Rekordbox does not quit instantly: the rekordbox and rekordboxAgent processes keep running, including in the Windows tray. Wait until they sit at zero CPU before ending them in Task Manager or Activity Monitor, because ending a busy process can damage the database. Before you close it, switch Auto Analysis off in the Rekordbox settings so it cannot overwrite the beatgrids you are about to bring in.
Choose Direct or xml on Lexicon's Sync page
Open Lexicon, go to the Sync page and choose Rekordbox. The Direct method writes your Rekordbox 6 or 7 database and carries the most, including smartlists as intelligent playlists and custom tags as My Tags. The rekordbox xml route is slower and drops My Tags, smartlists, active loops and memory cue colors, and it only ever adds and updates tracks, never removes them, but it is the only route on Rekordbox 5.
Set your cue destination, then run the sync
Lexicon has hot cues only, so tell it where cues should land. Default restores any memory cues that came in with an earlier Rekordbox import; All to hot and memory cue copies every cue into both slot types. Leave Full selected to send the whole library, leave the remaining options at their defaults, and click Sync to Rekordbox. Large libraries take a while, so let it run to the end.
Reopen Rekordbox and check what landed
On the xml route, open Preferences, go to Advanced, then Database, and set Imported Library under rekordbox xml to the file Lexicon saved, tick rekordbox xml under Preferences, View, then Layout, restart, and import your playlists and tracks. On either route, right-click your tracks and choose Reload Tags to pull in album art, then spot-check cues, grids and keys. Export to a USB stick by right-clicking a playlist, not through Sync Manager.
The Direct method is the better one and also the unofficial one: it writes Rekordbox's own database. AlphaTheta states that library corruption has been reported with library management tools it has not authorized, that it is not responsible for that damage, and that using such tools is not advised. Back up your Rekordbox collection before the first sync, and switch Rekordbox Cloud Sync off, since it can leave you with duplicates.
