No. Vibes never writes a beatgrid into Rekordbox. It runs downbeat-locked analysis on import and uses the result for its own views, so during prep you can see which tracks read at half or double tempo and which drift. Rekordbox keeps the grid it analyzed, and you correct the flagged tracks in its GRID panel. When the tempo is in doubt and you want a second opinion that owes nothing to Rekordbox's analysis, tap it out and compare the two numbers.

No. A Vibes export carries playlists, cue points and star ratings into master.db and leaves the beatgrid alone. A grid you corrected by hand in the GRID panel stays exactly as you left it, and Analysis Lock keeps a later Rekordbox re-analysis off it too.

Vibes does not have a beatgrid editor, and it does not need one: the grid Rekordbox plays from is always Rekordbox's own. Vibes analyzes beat positions to drive its analysis, Set Designer and Find Compatible, and shows you where a track's tempo looks unreliable. The fix happens in Rekordbox's GRID panel: the same GRID panel and the same controls you would use on a track Rekordbox analyzed itself.

Load the track into the player in EXPORT mode, click GRID in the function panel to open the GRID panel, then park the playhead on a clear downbeat and set it as the first beat of the bar. If the lines still sit slightly off the kicks, nudge the whole grid left or right in 1 ms steps with the shift buttons. Turn on Analysis Lock when it lines up so a later re-analysis does not overwrite your work. Everything happens one track at a time.

Open the GRID panel and look at the BPM box. If the number is close but slightly off, type the correct value or click TAP in time with the track while it plays. If it is exactly half or double the real tempo, use the halve or double button instead, so the grid stays aligned rather than shifting. Then turn on Analysis Lock so a later analysis pass does not undo the correction, and check the BPM in the track list to confirm the new value stuck.

There are two different things people mean. To change the stored BPM that drives Beat Sync, the grid, and the BPM shown in the track list, type a new value into the BPM box in the GRID panel and turn on Analysis Lock. To change how fast a song plays during a set, use the tempo control on the deck in PERFORMANCE mode instead; that changes playback speed, not the analyzed BPM. Editing the BPM box does not alter the audio file itself.

Load the track, open the GRID panel, and click the double button next to the BPM value. Rekordbox doubles the stored BPM and halves the distance between grid lines, so every beat gets a line instead of every other beat. The halve button does the opposite for tracks read at double speed. Half-time results are common with drum and bass and footwork, so if many tracks in one genre come back halved, set Track Analysis Mode to Normal with a BPM Range that covers those tempos and re-analyze them.
