What trance demands is patience from the software. Tracks commonly run seven or eight minutes and sit in a fairly narrow tempo band, blends stretch across 32 or 64 bars, and the structure is predictable enough that the app has to keep intro, buildup, breakdown and drop lined up for a long time without you touching it.
